Gillian Jacobs........................Jacobs was born in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. Martina Magenau Jacobs, her mother was director of alumni relations at Heinz College for Carnegie Mellon University. Her family was raised by her father William F. Jacobs Jr. Lebanon. She is of French German, Irish, as well as Scottish roots. Her family owned the Jackson Koehler Eagle Brewery established in 1847, in Erie Pennsylvania where her grandfather John Martin Magenau Jr. was the President and CEO until its closure in 1978. Jacobs first started lessons in acting at the age of 8 and continued attending Saturday classes at Pittsburgh Playhouse. Mt. Jacobs attended Lebanon High School between 2000 and the year 2004. In 2004 she received a bachelor degree.
